About the Founder
Benjamin Phillips, CSCP
Convergence Supply Chain Partners was founded on a simple belief: strategy without execution creates theory, and execution without intelligent systems creates inefficiency. After more than a decade operating at the intersection of supply chain performance, private equity–backed transformations, and systems architecture, I launched the firm to bridge that gap—aligning strategy, technology, and disciplined implementation into measurable operational results.
Over the past 11 years, I have led supply chain and operations initiatives across the United States, France, and Brazil, working within public and private equity environments where speed, precision, and performance are non-negotiable. My experience spans operational turnarounds, procurement optimization, logistics performance improvement, and the design and implementation of advanced systems and AI-enabled architectures that transform complexity into clarity.
I specialize in integrating strategic supply chain design with intelligent systems development—ensuring data, analytics, and automation are not theoretical concepts but operational assets. Whether modernizing legacy systems, implementing analytics frameworks, or aligning cross-functional operations, my focus remains consistent: deliver measurable, sustainable performance improvements.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Trinity College Dublin. My academic foundation, combined with international operating experience, informs a disciplined, globally informed approach to supply chain transformation.
